RepXP - Autopilot Strength Progression for Serious Lifters
You choose the program. RepXP handles the progression.
RepXP is a smart workout tracker with autopilot progressive overload for serious lifters. Stop guessing your next weight. RepXP automatically suggests weight and rep increases based on your performance history, eliminating workout planning so you can focus on lifting.
Built for analytical lifters who train seriously, RepXP combines fast workout logging with a progression engine. The app calculates your next weight automatically, tracks personal records with instant notifications, and provides detailed analytics to identify what's working.
Key features: Autopilot progressive overload suggestions that adapt to logged effort, workout forecasts that preview what will be applied before you start, progression ready alerts, effort logging (RPE and RIR) with recovery and stress trends, auto-start rest timer with Live Activity support, automatic PR detection for weight, reps, and volume, 400+ exercise library with unlimited custom exercises, AI routine generation using any LLM (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), workout and routine sharing via QR codes and links (exercises, sets, reps, weights, and progression settings included), offline-first with iCloud sync, Apple Watch app for phone-free workouts, cardio heart rate zones with live BPM and time-in-zone summaries on Apple Watch and on iPhone with a paired heart rate source, 1RM calculator, plate loading calculator, progress photos, body measurements tracking, workout analytics and charts, equipment manager, Apple Health integration, Siri voice commands (start a workout, log a set, check your streak or PR, see weekly volume), Home Screen quick actions for recent workouts, and Spotlight search for workouts and exercises.
RepXP is perfect for powerlifters, bodybuilders, strength athletes, and disciplined lifters who want a system to manage progression automatically. The app works offline and syncs across iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch with iCloud.
RepXP is best for people who train consistently and want help deciding their next weight and reps. Routines can be built by hand, imported from Strong, Hevy, Bolt, or GymBook, shared in by QR code or link, or generated with the free AI Assisted Routine flow: RepXP writes a prompt containing your exercise catalog, equipment, and training history, you run it in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any AI assistant you already use, and the resulting plan imports back as ready-to-use workouts with progression settings. To import an AI-generated CSV, open Workouts, tap +, choose AI Assisted Routine, tap I Have the CSV Ready, paste or import the CSV, select Parse & Review, review the routine, then create the workouts. GymBook users can import workouts, history, and supported measurements from a single backup created in GymBook under Settings, Export, Backup. The built-in exercises come with step-by-step written instructions, and every exercise, custom ones included, has one-tap Watch Tutorial and View Form buttons that open a video tutorial and form photos. Those results come from external sources and are not curated by RepXP. RepXP is not available on Android and does not provide instructor-led video classes, a library of named coach-authored programs, a social feed, public leaderboards, or medical advice. It cannot see you lift, so it does not assess your form, correct technique, or diagnose injuries, and it does not replace a qualified coach.
Privacy: RepXP is privacy-first. All workout, exercise, and health data stays on the user's device, synced only through their personal iCloud account, which the developer cannot access. There is no account registration, and RepXP does not collect names, email addresses, or location data. Anonymous diagnostics and a pseudonymous push-delivery token can be processed through Firebase, never workout details, exercise names, weights, reps, or body measurements. Your workout data is never deleted regardless of plan.
